The Initial Consultation: Every great story starts with a spark. We'll sit down (virtually or over coffee) to discuss your vision, your goals, and the "vibe" you want for your celebration. From there, I'll craft a tailored proposal designed to hit all the right notes for your specific event.

The First Date
The Deep Dive & Rough Outline: Now that we've cleared the air, it's time to get personal. Ideally, meeting in person, this is where I get to know you as a couple your personalities, your quirks, and your "must-haves." Usually occurring about eight months out, we'll sketch a rough outline of the day to ensure we're aligned on the big picture.

The Second Date
The Details & Logistics: This is where we get into the "meat" of the event. Roughly three months before the big day, we'll define the soundtrack for every milestone-from the first dance and cake cutting to family tributes and speeches. I'll also begin collaborating with your wedding planner to sync our timelines and floor plans for a seamless performance.

The Engagement
The Final Rehearsal: Two weeks before you say "I do," we lock in the final details. We'll finalize the processional order, confirm the officiant's needs, and ensure all speakers and special guests are informed, comfortable, and prepared. This is the final polish to make sure everything is perfect before the first beat drops.
