Are you willing to travel outside of the Denver area?

Yes. Depending on distance, there is a Travel and Accommodations fee that will be
reflected on your proposal/contract.

Do you provide MC services?

Yes. MC services, including any announcements to help guide guests are included in
each package.

Do you need to tear down your equipment between transitioning from Ceremony to Cocktail Hour, to Dinner, and Dancing?

Typically No. I use two setups during any event with a Ceremony Package +
Reception Package. A Battery Powered 10in Sub Speaker is used during the ceremony
& some cocktail hours. And 2 1000wt Subs utilized during the reception. Depending on
the location of moments during the celebration and how spaced out they might be, there
may be a brief pause in audio as relocation is taking place

Will our ceremony and speeches be able to be heard by our guests?

Yes. You will have your choice to select a combination of microphones throughout
your celebration. Whether 2 handhelds and one lapel, or 2 lapels and one handheld,
you’ll be able to chat through the combinations with your DJ and weigh out the pros and
cons.

How many guests can your audio equipment cover?

The Ceremony speaker can cover a guest count of up to 200. The Reception
speakers can cover a guest count of up to 350.

What would happen if our DJ falls ill or cannot attend our event?

Knock on wood! Though this is a very rare occurrence and yet to happen, HereAmi
Entertainments works with many awesome DJs that have been vetted and understands
how to process and execute the timelines. These DJs are utilized as backup to assist in
the case of an emergency. Proper notification will be given in any event where the
emergency occurs 48+ hours prior to the event start time.

Do you accept requests?

If my client would like me to accept requests, I am happy to! If my client wants me to
play directly from their playlists and not accept any requests, I am happy to do that as
well!

Are you willing to work with the other vendors during the event?

Absolutely. In order for any event to run smoothly, everyone hired to help plays a huge
role. So it is very important to communicate with the planner, photographer,
videographer, and catering to understand what they need prior to moving forward with
any moment, to ensure a fun and seamless experience.

Do you have access to live musicians?

Yes. I work with a number of talented and classically trained musicians, who can help
transform your Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Dinner, or jam with me on the dance floor
to bring that live music feel, while having the flexibility for the DJ to read the dance floor!
